GARMENTS provides worldwide delivery.

Shipping Costs:

The Netherlands:
- Free shipping on orders above €50.
- Orders below €50 have shipping costs of €6.95.

EU:
- Free shipping on orders above €100.
- Orders below €100 have shipping costs of €14.95.

Rest of the World:
- Free shipping on orders above €100.
- Orders below €100 have shipping costs of €19.95.

Customs Fees:

Customs fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Time:

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of placement, but please allow up to 3 working days.

Order Confirmation and Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. You can trace your parcel on the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number. For any queries, feel free to contact our carrier or customer service.

Non-Receipt of Order:

If you haven't received your order, open a claim with your carrier and contact our customer service at garmentsbydavid@gmail.com. Please note that any claims regarding delivery issues must be submitted within 14 working days following the parcel's delivery. After this period, we are unable to claim any lost orders.
