RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return Policy:

You may return all products within 14 days from the delivery date, provided they are in their original condition and packaging (unworn, with all accessories and dust bag included). Please note that returns/exchanges are accepted only after initiating contact via email at garmentsbydavid@gmail.com and receiving approval.


Online Registration:

No online registration is required for returns. Simply send an email to garmentsbydavid@gmail.com to initiate the return process.


Product Exchange:

Product exchanges are possible. To request an exchange, email garmentsbydavid@gmail.com with details of the desired product and the new size.


Return Procedure:

All products can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date, meeting the specified conditions. Once your return is approved via email, you can use the provided return label. Please note that the costs associated with the return label are the responsibility of the customer.


Return/Exchange Costs:

Customers are required to cover the costs associated with the return label for both returns and exchanges.


Refund Timeline:

Upon receiving your return in good condition, we will process the refund within 72 hours.
