We offer a wide range of products on this website. This contains streetwear, designer and vintage. Some products on this website are new, others are worn and have flaws. Information about the products being listed on this website are always as accurate as possible. This consists of the condition, measurements, size and price. We only accept PayPal as a payment option through the website. Use the same billing and shipping address as provided on your PayPal, if not we will cancel your order. If you want to pay through bank transfer or iDeal, please contact us on Instagram (@garmentsbydavid).
Shipping & Handling
Garments By David offers worldwide shipping. After an order has been placed, the item(s) will be shipped as fast as possible (with a maximum of 48 hours). If any delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances, we will get in contact with the customer and communicate this as soon as possible.
All orders will be shipped from The Netherlands with courier PostNL. Every shipment contains a tracking number and will be sent through e-mail to the customer. International orders will have a longer delivery time due to the distance. Delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force major for which we will not be responsible. Orders within The Netherlands are usually being delivered within two days working days after shipment. Please allow up to five working days for your order to arrive when ordering from Europe and up to ten days for worldwide orders.
Returns & Exchanges
You are not able to cancel or modify your order. We also do not accept returns or/and exchanges, with the exception if the wrong product has been sent or if the product shows significantly differences (e.a. you ordered a black shirt but got a white one instead). After the items are shipped, we lost the responsibility for your order. We are not responsible for any mistakes the courier makes, unless this mistake is coming from our side (e.a. we provided the wrong address on the parcel).
